Built from a standard one-trip 20ft x 8ft shipping container, this unit has been professionally converted by our specialist in-house team to create a modern, practical, and attractive workspace.
One full long side of the container has been removed and replaced with full-height double-glazed sliding patio doors complete with integral Venetian blinds, creating a bright, open interior with plenty of natural light.
The unit is fitted with studwork and insulated with 50mm Dritherm Earthwool insulation to the walls and 100mm Dritherm loft insulation to the ceiling. Internally, it is boarded with 12.5mm plasterboard, ready to be skimmed or otherwise finished to suit your preferred style.
Electrically, the office is fitted with flush-mounted electrics and concealed wiring to complement the clean lines and high-specification finish. The electrical package includes:
- 3 LED strip lights
- 4 double 13A sockets
- 2 x 32A isolators at the rear for optional air conditioning units
