At Stack Line Containers, we ensure that your container is delivered safely, efficiently, and on time. This guide will help you understand the delivery process and prepare your site to avoid any delays or issues.

How Delivery Works

Once your order is confirmed, our team coordinates with trusted transport partners to schedule your delivery.

The process includes:

  • Order confirmation and dispatch planning
  • Transport arrangement based on your location
  • Delivery scheduling with estimated timeframe
  • Safe unloading at your site

Our team keeps you informed throughout the entire process.

Delivery Methods

Tilt Tray Delivery

The most common delivery method. The container is tilted off the back of the truck and placed directly on the ground.

Best for:

  • Open areas with sufficient space
  • Quick and efficient placement

Hiab (Crane) Delivery

A crane-mounted truck lifts and places the container precisely where needed.

Best for:

  • Tight or restricted spaces
  • Placement over fences or obstacles

Site Preparation Requirements

Proper site preparation is essential for a smooth delivery.

Before delivery, ensure:

  • The ground is level, stable, and firm
  • The area is clear of debris and obstacles
  • There is adequate space for truck access
  • No overhead obstructions (power lines, trees, structures)

Space Requirements

To safely deliver your container, you should allow:

  • Extra length (at least 10–15 meters) for truck maneuvering
  • Sufficient width for vehicle access
  • Vertical clearance for container unloading

If space is limited, a crane delivery option may be required.

Access Considerations

Please check the following before delivery:

  • Road access is suitable for heavy vehicles
  • No tight turns or narrow entry points
  • Ground can support the weight of a loaded truck
  • Weather conditions will not affect access

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary depending on:

  • Your location
  • Container availability
  • Transport scheduling

Our team will provide an estimated delivery window and keep you updated on any changes.

On Delivery Day

To ensure a smooth process:

  • Be present at the delivery location
  • Provide clear placement instructions
  • Ensure the site is fully prepared
  • Communicate with the driver if needed

Once placed, repositioning the container may require additional equipment and cost.

Safety Guidelines

For your safety and the safety of our drivers:

  • Keep a safe distance during unloading
  • Do not stand behind or near the container while it is being placed
  • Follow all instructions from the delivery driver

Additional Charges

Additional costs may apply if:

  • Delivery conditions are not as described
  • Extra waiting time is required
  • Re-delivery is needed due to site issues
  • Crane or special equipment is required

We always aim to communicate any extra charges in advance.
